Kall8 Automated Attendant/IVR system integrates inbound toll-free 800 service (or local numbers) with an Automated Attendant and an Interactive Voice Response system (IVR). In simple terms, you get a customized greeting with menus that direct your callers to the appropriate location depending on the choices you give them. If you have ever called a number and heard a recording telling you to press 1 for sales, 2 for marketing or 3 for customer service, you have used an Automated Attendant. With a Kall8 Automated Attendant, there is no equipment to buy and no software to download.

Cost of a Kall8 Automated Attendant

Each Kall8 number (toll free or local number) can have multiple Automated Attendants on it. Each automated attendant is $50 to set up and $25 per month. Usage is billed at the standard Kall8 rate of 6.9¢ per minute for toll free numbers and 4.9¢ per minute for local Kall8 numbers for calls within the contiguous 48 states. Additional rates apply for calls originating and/or terminating outside this area.
